capSOUL was founded by a someone who gets it — a college student with a big heart, a creative eye, and a whole lot of experience taking care of kids. After babysitting over 45 kids, I saw firsthand how much energy goes into finding clothes that are cute, comfy, and functional.

During my freshman year at James Madison University, I applied to the Fallon Challenge business pitch competition with capSOUL, and I won! I launched in July 2025 and because of our 1:1 donation model, have gotten the privilege of clothing over 200 kids in foster care :)
